I. General information on the service description

1. The cleaning is carried out thoroughly and gently according to modern methods with the addition of environmentally friendly cleaning and care products. It includes the proper cleaning and care of the floors and furnishings, as well as the sanitary facilities with normal pollution with the frequency specified in the offer.

2. Tools and material are provided by us.

3. For the disposal of the waste suitable disposal garbage bins and special garbage bags are provided by the client to a sufficient extent.

II. Floor cleaning

1. PVC floors are treated properly with suitable products.

2. Stone floors and stairs are wiped wet with the addition of cleaning agents.

3. Carpet is vacuumed. The shampooing and extraction according to manufacturer's instructions of a carpet is calculated separately according to the order as a special service.

III. Cleaning the furnishings

1. Ashtrays are emptied and wiped damp.

2. Wastebaskets and waste containers are emptied and freshly loaded with garbage bags.

3. Furniture surfaces - up to working height - are dedusted. Thorough cleaning and treatment of the desks and furniture takes place once a month when the items to be cleaned are free of any documents.

4. Phones are dedusted and wiped damp.

5. Window sills, picture frames, showcases, light switches are dedusted or wiped off once a week.

6. Radiators are wiped at the top once a month and thoroughly cleaned twice a year.

7. Doors: Handle marks are removed every working day and thoroughly dampened once a month. Glass vistas (without skylights) are cleaned once a week.

IV. Sanitary facilities

1. The floor is wiped or scrubbed with a sanitary detergent added to the water.

2. Washbasins and mirrors are cleaned and chrome parts are polished.

3. Toilet facilities are cleaned with a special lime and urine-soluble agent. Existing covers are wiped off with the addition of a hygienic cleaning agent. Dirt on doors and tiles are removed.

4. Once a month a complete, thorough cleaning is carried out. (Tiles, partitions, doors).

V. Exclusion clauses

1. Electrical and mechanical machines are not cleaned for liability reasons.

2. The cleaning of curtains, towels, tablecloths is not part of the specifications.

3. Any elimination of blockages in sanitary facilities are not included in the scope of services.

VI. cleaning time

Cleaning times are individually coordinated with the client. It is a cleaning plan to create and agree with the clients.

VII. Special cleaning
